Statistical Data: Government Information Vs. Scholarly Journal Articles

The following are the statistical Information I found about my Gay men and issues affecting them.

Minnesota Reference Library (2012) Resources on Minnesota Issues: Same-sex Marriage in Minnesota. Retrieved from http://www.leg.state.mn.us/lrl/issues/issues.aspx?issue=gay

Jordan, K. M. (2000). Substance Abuse Among Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender, and Questioning Adolescents. School Psychology Review. 29(2), 201-206. Retrieved from http://www.nasponline.org

Both sources indicate how the information was gathered. For example the government data uses previous proceedings and laws to support her claims.

Semester Research Checking In

My semester research project is going on fine. I was able to gather necessary information I needed except for some few ones, which I will be working on this weekend. Time factor is my biggest challenge as I have to relief a co-worker at my job for now. Besides, some unforeseen circumstance came up during the semester will kind of draw my research project back a bit. However, I am working toward delivering my presentation as scheduled. I was able to complete other research paper for this class successfully except for some areas which might need finishing as deem fit by the professor.
